Creative Manager

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process from brainstorming, writing to execution, and ensuring that our content is engaging, informative and aligned with brand identity, with solid understanding of content development strategies for leading platforms and a clear knowledge of the differences between B2B and B2C audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website articles, blog posts, social media captions, email campaigns, video scripts, and more.
  • Research and develop B2B and B2C creative and content strategy plans that align with brand voice, target audience, and business goals.
  • Develop and communicate a clear creative vision for each project that aligns with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content that supports ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead, inspire, and provide feedback to juniors, designers & copywriters, to ensure high-quality creative output.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers, and client to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams, including marketing, SEO, product, and design, to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, media, communication & marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years in creative management or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and adherence to grammatical and stylistic guidelines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, advertising, and branding along with project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique content ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging content through the use of sketches, storyboards, and animations. He/She will work closely with other team members to understand project goals, creating high-quality visuals that effectively communicate those goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing graphics, but not limited to, social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, posters, and digital ads.
  • Create visual concepts, static & animated graphics, and designs that meet the requirements of the campaign & project brief.
  • Produce high-quality visuals that communicate the desired message and resonate with the target audience and ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all design projects.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative associates & managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent visual language across all channels.
  • Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
